Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle in compliance with applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and on time while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Load/unload goods and materials using specialized equipment when warranted, and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain required delivery paperwork (invoices, shipping bills of lading) and perform routine service checks; report maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold a Commercial Drivers License (Class A CDL).
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations.

  • •Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and travel frequently.
