Job Summary

Support end-to-end Balance Sheet Assurance for Salaries and Benefits across one or more US and international markets. Own accuracy of S&B accounting, including Net Pay and statutory liabilities, perform monthly trial balance reviews, and conduct bank and liability reconciliations. Help with S&B reporting, support US GAAP and local GAAP audits, liaise with payroll vendors and stakeholders, and drive process improvements while resolving queries and escalating issues when needed.

•Support end-to-end Balance Sheet Assurance for Salaries and Benefits across US and international markets.
•Perform end-to-end accounting for Salaries and Benefits, including review of long- and short-term liabilities, Net Pay, statutory liabilities, and related items.
•Conduct monthly trial balance reviews and reconciliations (bank and regulatory liability accounts, employee loan/receivables, suspense/clearing) and clear open reconciling items.
•Support S&B reporting (e.g., severance reporting, colleague loan reporting, entity responsibility center reporting) for relevant markets.
•Support US GAAP and local GAAP audits for the S&B report line; liaise with payroll vendors and stakeholders to analyze and resolve critical issues and drive process improvement.

•Strong relationship-building with cross-functional teams; strong oral and written communication skills.
