Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance across a fleet of heavy mobile equipment.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of the digger fleet and determine repair actions when required.
  • •Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects to increase safety and reduce risk and cost.
  • •Maintain compliance with Rio Tinto Iron Ore Company policies and procedures.
  • •Utilise SAP to record, assign, and complete maintenance tasks to the relevant standard/specification.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain a high level of safety awareness and comply with Rio Tinto Iron Ore Company policies and procedures.

  • •Hold an Australian C Class manual drivers’ licence (or equivalent).
  • •Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights without requiring sponsorship.
