Job Summary

Design and standardize Workday Financials and procurement integration templates that power Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to keep templates aligned with core architecture and customer needs, converting complex implementations into reusable assets. Support pre-sales engineering, define and document solution consulting best practices, and use hands-on integration expertise (APIs, authentication, endpoints) to enable scalable, repeatable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, standardize, and iterate on Zip’s core Workday Financials and procurement integration templates to ensure scalable, repeatable implementations.
•Align integration templates with core product architecture, field insights, and emerging customer needs in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD).
•Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
•Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures for smooth, best-practice deployments.
•Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices and raise consistency across implementations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years delivering integrations with Workday Financials.
•Strong knowledge of core Workday Financials processes, data models, and the Foundation Data Model (FDM) layout (Core Financials, Procurement, Supplier Accounts).
•Familiarity with Workday integration methods/tools including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services (WWS), and RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service).
•Experience with XML/REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols, plus ERP implementation/integration/configuration/administration experience.
•Ability to translate technical information for varied audiences and to work comfortably with API documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
