Job Summary

Provide workflow consulting for Clio’s professional services customers, helping them configure and adopt Clio’s legal software suite. Assess customer workflows, identify pain points, recommend workflow enhancements, and support account setup including document generation automation. Partner with customers in their implementation and AI-feature adoption journey while positioning workflow packages to potential customers and sharing feedback to improve products.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with customers and help position the value of workflow packages to support closing opportunities.
•Assess customers’ current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend workflow enhancements using Clio’s legal software suite.
•Deliver account setup and configuration services to align software with customer workflows, business processes, and best practices.
•Support customers with document generation workflows using Clio’s product portfolio.
•Advise customers on adopting AI-powered features for legal work while reinforcing best practices and responsible use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,800 - 109,200 annually

•Keen interest in improving your craft using AI tools for drafting, research, summarization, or workflow support.
