Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with customers and help position the value of workflow packages to support closing opportunities.
  • •Assess customers’ current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend workflow enhancements using Clio’s legal software suite.
  • •Deliver account setup and configuration services to align software with customer workflows, business processes, and best practices.
  • •Support customers with document generation workflows using Clio’s product portfolio.
  • •Advise customers on adopting AI-powered features for legal work while reinforcing best practices and responsible use.
