Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain referral contacts with realtors, builders, and professional/personal contacts.
•Complete mortgage applications using Fannie Mae Form 1003 and gather and deliver required applicant documentation within management timelines.
•Use daily rates, applicant credit reports, Loan Prospector responses, and transmit loans to LOMAS.
•Manage the loan pipeline from application through closing and complete required management reports.
•Maintain high customer service levels, provide timely updates to branches and applicants, and attend consumer lending meetings as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; four-year college degree is preferred.
•Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines and federal real estate lending regulations.
•Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
•Demonstrated organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Basic sales technique skills and proven computer skills.
