Key Responsibilities

  • •Prototype and ship AI-powered product improvements in collaboration with your team.
  • •Productionize scoped projects by integrating new models/techniques into existing workflows and adding monitoring and guardrails.
  • •Improve latency, cost, and reliability for AI systems and model integration.
  • •Build or extend evaluation sets and run experiments to measure and improve model and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Less than two years of engineering experience and solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • •Build and prototype quickly; explore AI/ML through coursework, projects, internships, or hackathons and turn prototypes into working features with guidance.
  • •Have some familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL and understand how UI, APIs, and data connect.
  • •Approach problems holistically, navigate ambiguity, and decompose complex problems into clean solutions while balancing business impact.
  • •Communicate proactively with high agency—own your work, share progress/blockers clearly, and independently drive projects forward.
