Telecommunications Analyst

Telecommunications Analyst responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and modifying telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards for a FAA customer. Will monitor vendor services, conduct usage studies, plan moves/installations, test hardware, maintain records, and provide end-user training. Requires extensive telecom/video experience with AVAYA/ZOOM and IP-based voice platforms; after-hours support.
