Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service to policyholders and those who may become policyholders, guiding them through the claims process
  • •Assure coverage for each loss and all policy provisions before processing payments
  • •Investigate all aspects of the claim to determine liability percentage and legal responsibility
  • •Identify and evaluate indicators of fraud and escalate as appropriate
  • •Negotiate claims settlements for evaluated damages with insureds, claimants and/or attorneys as assigned

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three (3) years of highly successful Bodily Injury claims handling experience
  • •Must have prior private passenger automotive liability claims experience
  • •Litigation handling experience preferred, but not required
  • •Must have an active Adjuster license at time of hire
  • •Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills, both oral and written
