Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the full subcontract lifecycle: generate and administer subcontracts and related documents; manage pre-award activities through to award.
  • •Create and conduct RFPs/ITBs, vendor pre-qualifications, and drafting of subcontract documents; negotiate terms and conditions and provide bid tabulations and award recommendations.
  • •Identify and implement cost avoidance, cost savings, and risk management during subcontract formation and execution.
  • •Develop and execute subcontract management strategies; guide site leadership on subcontract management matters and ensure compliance with policies.
  • •Prepare and present internal and external subcontract management communications; maintain liaison with project coordinators to ensure proper administration and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
  • •6-10 years of relevant experience; field experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes; ability to develop, negotiate and administer complex subcontracts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
  • •Proven ability to work effectively with others in a multifunctional team and ensure compliance with subcontracts and policies.
