Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the analysis, modelling and structuring of new financing transactions, including corporate refinancings
  • •Prepare detailed credit applications, risk assessments and internal committee presentations
  • •Contribute to market and sector analyses, borrower profiling and peer benchmarking
  • •Assist in the ongoing monitoring of a diversified leveraged loan portfolio, including covenant checks and performance reviews
  • •Help draft pitch materials and client presentations for origination and relationship management activities
