Job Summary

Shape how Allianz Technology architects and enables AI capabilities end-to-end, combining strategy with hands-on proof-of-concepts. Key Responsibilities

•Research, assess, and prototype AI-powered productivity tools/workflows, build business cases, and monitor the Agentic AI technology radar.
•Contribute to the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) strategy by defining quality expectations for AI-assisted development from requirements to governance.
•Design citizen development models and reference architectures for agentic systems (single-agent, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop) aligned with security, compliance, and Group standards.
•Run structured PoCs to validate architectural hypotheses (orchestration frameworks, A2A protocols, MCP-based tool ecosystems, memory/context patterns) and translate learnings into reusable EA materials for delivery teams.
•Serve as the EA point of contact for AI factory activities by reviewing AI solution designs for guardrails and enterprise AI governance, and ensuring correct architecture review/approval paths.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience designing AI/ML systems including LLM integration patterns, RAG architectures, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks; able to build and assess PoCs with code (Python preferred).
•Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI (or equivalents), including evaluating trade-offs.
•Knowledge of cloud-native and data architecture patterns for AI workloads, including AWS/Azure/GCP, data mesh, data lakehouse, federated query, and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
•Understanding of data governance and privacy-by-design/data residency constraints to assess AI solutions that depend on regulated data.
•Ability to produce EA artifacts (ADRs, reference architectures, principles, guardrails, decision frameworks) and translate between business and technical stakeholders.
