•Pack all smoked meat items according to production needs.
•Supply the line with boxes, product, and pallets; remove product from forms and racks.
•Set up and run packaging equipment, film, and labels; clean and cover machines at end of shift.
•Learn and follow safety procedures and comply with food safety requirements (GMP, SQF).
•Handle materials and equipment using powered industrial truck tools (hand mule/power jack/pallet truck/walkie pallet truck) and complete required paperwork and computer-based product/run records.
