Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage server operation for new product introductions and build adaptation systems, including defining standard operation/maintenance baselines and optimizing maintainability, ease of maintenance, and stability while evaluating operational risks.
  • •Develop hardware monitoring plans and launch monitoring rules for new models, hardware, and scenarios; continuously improve hardware failure judgment criteria to enhance monitoring accuracy and recall.
  • •Perform deep troubleshooting for online server issues using server-level black-box logs (BMC logs, IPMI/SMBIOS, kernel logs, hardware event logs) and collaborate with internal/external R&D teams to identify root causes and reduce failure return rates.
  • •Build and maintain a hardware failure knowledge base; promote monitoring automation and intelligence such as AIOps anomaly detection, and participate in monitoring system construction and process standardization while writing technical documents and operation manuals.
  • •Lead online quality operations by establishing unified quality standards, defining batch quality determination and repair collaboration interfaces, managing risks in advance, and controlling risks from the source.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors.
  • •Rich experience operating and maintaining large-scale servers in the Internet industry across the server lifecycle, including service expansion and innovation.
  • •Familiarity with server hardware product development and delivery processes and product lifecycle management, with experience adapting operations for new server product introductions.
  • •Strong knowledge of server hardware architecture (x86/ARM, PCIe/NVMe) and components (CPU, Disk, Memory, GPU/NPU, NIC, AOC), plus BMC/IPMI, Redfish, sensors, SEL logs, and OneKeyLog for hardware monitoring and fault detection.
  • •Proficiency with Linux for server hardware configuration and troubleshooting, and ability to use Shell scripting, Python, PHP, Perl, or Lua to improve efficiency.
