Legal Counsel for Crusoe will manage corporate governance, securities law compliance, and capital markets activities in a fast-growing, in-house environment. You’ll oversee board materials, disclosure obligations, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Investor Relations, and HR, helping scale policies and processes as the company grows.
