Job Summary

Lead and develop the Contracts team to drive ownership and execution of contract policies, procedures, and processes. Own KPIs and performance analysis, support front-end proposal assessments, and interpret regulations to identify risks and recommend actions. Oversee contractual elements across contract formation, negotiations, and administration, coordinate with multiple SBUs on customer issues, and provide leadership and talent development while supporting audits and customer requests.

•Manage a team of Contracts professionals and align contracts goals with business objectives.
•Own and execute contracts policies, procedures, and processes, establishing KPIs and managing performance analysis.
•Conduct front-end proposal assessments and provide oversight on contractual elements for acceptability and compliance.
•Summarize contractual issues, interpret regulations, identify risks, and formulate recommendations.
•Coordinate across SBUs on contracts/proposal issues and support audits or customer requests; lead talent development and closure support when senior engagement is required.
