Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the company in all phases of Workers’ Compensation litigation in New Jersey.
  • •Prepare and defend high-exposure Workers’ Compensation cases from a varied caseload.
  • •Work directly with claims professionals to provide legal analysis and advice.
  • •Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents; perform legal research.
  • •Prepare for and conduct pre-trial discovery and handle final hearings before the workers’ compensation judge, including post-trial activities as appropriate.

  • •Juris Doctor with 7+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation
  • •Active member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar Association
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
