Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide clients through FedRAMP 20x and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) with clear milestone direction across compliance lifecycles.
  • •Provide executive-level compliance guidance by translating CR26 rules, KSIs, and federal standards into business language.
  • •Direct and mentor a small compliance team, enforcing quality standards and accountability across engagements.
  • •Author and maintain machine-readable compliance artifacts (Security Decision Records, Security Configuration Guides, OSCAL/JSON/YAML) and support RFC-0024/OMB M-24-15 mandates.
  • •Implement continuous monitoring workflows by connecting CSPM and GRC platforms into agency pipelines under FedRAMP’s CCM model.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years implementing federal compliance standards including NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, or RMF.
  • •3+ years leading end-to-end multi-project client engagements with executive trust and account retention ownership.
  • •Deep familiarity with FedRAMP 20x Program Certifications (Class A/B/C) and Rev5 Agency Certifications (Class D/High).
  • •Hands-on government cloud security architecture experience across AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government regions.
  • •Ability to build compliance-as-code and automated evidence pipelines using scripting/policy tooling (e.g., Python, OPA/Rego, IaC) and author/validate OSCAL artifacts (JSON/YAML).
