Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and report core Tech Ops metrics including delays/cancels, aircraft out of service, aircraft performance, line maintenance workload, and manpower availability.
  • •Own day-to-day delivery of analytics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and highlight opportunities.
  • •Design, build, and govern scalable datasets for Tech Ops.
  • •Upgrade tools and systems using modern data and reporting technologies.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing strategic direction and development, while ensuring data governance and integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or similar.
  • •3+ years’ experience in data extraction, analysis and reporting, or operational strategy.
  • •3+ years of experience in aviation.
  • •Advanced familiarity with SQL, MS Excel, SAS, Python, PowerBI, Tableau and/or AzureML.
  • •Previous experience managing teams in analytical, data-intensive environments is highly preferred.
