Job Summary

Own and grow strategic news publisher relationships for TikTok’s Content Partnerships team. Analyze publishers’ content performance, surface emerging content opportunities, and use data to recommend strategies that unlock incremental growth. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creators, Ad Sales, and Business Development to develop and execute publisher content portfolio plans while delivering clear, attributable value and improving partner ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify emerging content areas and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to build partnership approaches that drive business goals and scaled content impact.
•Translate partners’ business needs and priorities into opportunities for strategic incremental growth and product innovation.
•Use data to identify blockers and propose solutions with strong understanding of Content Operations metrics and measurements.
•Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for partner stakeholders.
•Co-manage partners’ content portfolio with cross-functional teams to develop and execute publisher strategy aligned with company priorities.

Key Requirements

•Experience across media, data, partnerships, and strategy, including working with product teams.
•Deep understanding of key metrics and measurements in Content Operations with strong analytical, reporting, and data storytelling abilities.
•Strong ability to manage industry stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to steer complex projects.
•Ability to articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects aligned to business priorities.
•Bachelor degree required.
