Production Supervisor- 3rd shift

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of plant leadership. Drive productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement by directing and developing hourly associates. Implement safety programs and promote sound employee and labor relations while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives under the direction of the Production Manager.
