Retail Outlet Executive (Amman, JO)

Serve walk-in cash customers at the outlet as Aramex’s ambassador, providing full information and advice while maintaining high customer service standards. Manage and meet customer expectations by solving issues, following up cases, and updating customers. Sell cash shipments (“Outbound”) and promote Aramex campaigns. Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and ensure timely complaint resolution to retain customers.
