•Lead EH&S, quality, delivery, cost reduction, and engagement initiatives for the business unit to meet key metrics.
•Develop and manage work area schedules, aligning with customer requirements and resource availability.
•Assist in strategic planning including forecasts, financial planning, training, and capital expenditures.
•Hold employees accountable while maintaining strong working relationships and drive world-class safety culture.
•Oversee supplier value stream and coordinate critical resource allocation to ensure business metrics are met.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a technical field.
•12 years of manufacturing operations experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of related experience.
•Deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
•Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and ability to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
•Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills to lead a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
