Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end hardware development projects from initial concept through mass production.
  • •Design and develop server motherboards and systems, including schematic capture, component selection, and managing BOMs (Bill of Material).
  • •Drive system-level design for data center and IT infrastructure products across architecture, mechanical, power, and thermal aspects.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, software, mechanical, validation, manufacturing) and manage hardware design with ODMs, suppliers, and external partners.
  • •Define and execute hardware validation strategies (bring-up, debugging, system-level testing) and lead root cause analysis and resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •MSEE (CE) with 5+ years or BSEE with 7+ years of hardware design experience
  • •5-10 years of experience in hardware design
  • •Expertise in server motherboard design including CPU interfaces (Intel/AMD), DDR memory subsystems, power delivery, and high-speed digital circuits
  • •Proficiency with PCB and simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, SI/PI/thermal analysis)
  • •Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools plus knowledge of x86 server architecture and datacenter infrastructure
