Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement security policies to protect team members, offices, and equipment across the region.
  • •Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and design strategies to reduce risk.

  • •Serve as liaison with law enforcement and emergency services during emergencies.

  • •At least 5 years leading a security team in a guard services/physical security company, or 5 years as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisor (military, police, or paramilitary).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • •Hold a recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
  • •Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • •Good experience with automated security systems such as CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
