Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end production operations and lead a 24/7 team of Production Supervisors, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Associates.
  • •Set targets and continuously improve employee safety, food safety/GMP compliance, quality, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, plan adherence, and efficiency.
  • •Develop and execute daily production plans, ensuring proper and on-time setup of teams, materials, facilities, and equipment while resolving blockers and bottlenecks.
  • •Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to build production plans focused on freshness and plan reliability.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, manage SOPs/visual tools/checklists, and ensure onboarding and ongoing team development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of manufacturing and/or supply chain experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • •Strong understanding of OHS and food safety and how to apply them in a warehouse and production environment.
  • •Experience managing large-scale teams and operations.
  • •Proven leadership to build relationships, communicate clearly, motivate teams, and drive accountability.
  • •Analytical problem-solving skills, with Lean Six Sigma certifications/licenses preferred.
