Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity-focused deposit products and systems, executing deposit strategy and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders. Lead hands-on initiatives from concept through delivery (e.g., virtual account management and deposit sweep strategies), develop business cases, and optimize performance through market research and monitoring of regulatory trends. Partner cross-functionally to mitigate risk and improve client experience, and provide leadership and development to a product team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full lifecycle of assigned liquidity deposit products/systems, executing product strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise liquidity, risk, and revenue objectives.
•Provide hands-on leadership for initiatives from concept to execution, including virtual account management and digital asset deposit strategy as well as deposit sweep strategy.
•Develop business cases, gather requirements, oversee product design and implementation, and deliver ongoing product enhancements under enterprise governance standards.
•Monitor and manage product health by identifying risks and opportunities across performance, pricing, adoption, and service delivery; support risk and control frameworks.
•Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Risk/Compliance, Technology, Operations, and third parties to deliver scalable solutions and improve client experience, including product adoption and conversions; lead and develop a team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in banking or financial consulting.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
•Background in product management, corporate treasury, banking operations, strategy, treasury management sales, or similar (preferred).
•Previous leadership experience (preferred).
•Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
