Job Summary

Join the SevenRooms Data & Analytics team as the data partner for Product Management, Product Marketing, and executives. Build end-to-end product analytics, develop new data products, and implement PLG instrumentation that ties product usage to Salesforce and Gainsight. Collaborate with PMs on pre/post launch analysis, apply GenAI/ML to find optimization opportunities, and translate complex questions into actionable insights for growth in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product analytics end-to-end — funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform.
•Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities.
•Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization.
•Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.
•Apply GenAI and ML techniques — partnering with our GTM Engineer — to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,600 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment.
•Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
•Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
•Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations — not just dashboards.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
