Strategize, launch, and own the Beacon Network growth motion to scale TRM’s intelligence-sharing ecosystem across crypto exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and risk teams. Own funnel metrics, engagement loops, and category visibility, while driving partner relationships and leveraging AI to accelerate content, events, and research. Lead with ownership and operate as a one-person marketing role within a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the top of the funnel for Beacon Network membership, setting baseline, quarterly targets, and channel mix to lift active members across exchanges, FIs, wallets, and risk teams.
•Own the engagement loop: signals contributed/consumed, member intros, peer roundtables, member-led content, and onboarding to drive member success.
•Ship Beacon Network category visibility: manage events, co-marketing, analyst engagement, and content; leverage AI to accelerate briefs, drafting, and research.
•Be the single source of member feedback to product/partnerships; run weekly feedback cycles and translate signals into a roadmap.
•Coordinate with Chainabuse Growth Lead and Marketing to ensure consistent positioning; operate as a one-person team, briefing contractors and AI resources to ship fast and measure impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years marketing experience, with at least one role scaling an enterprise member network, industry consortium, or B2B community on a measurable baseline.
•A public-facing track record you can point to: members you acquired, networks you grew, events you ran, communities you built.
•Demonstrated AI fluency. Comfortable using AI tools daily across content, research, outreach, event briefs, and analytics.
•Compliance / fraud / risk domain credibility (or a credible plan to build it). Comfortable engaging with compliance, financial crime, and risk leaders at exchanges, FIs, and wallet providers.
•Track record running peer roundtables, exec dinners, or industry-event programs end-to-end without a dedicated Events team.
