Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing needs and ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality standards.
  • •Repair and replace small components, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
  • •Execute paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to CarMax quality standards.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following CarMax protocols.
  • •Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and collaborate to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.
