Manager — Security Health and Assurance

Lead the Security Health and Assurance team (13 people) in Trivandrum, accountable for vulnerability management, risk assurance, and analytical intelligence across Allianz Technology infrastructure. Reshape the team’s operating posture from execution and vulnerability count reporting to steering insights that identify where risk concentrates, owners, and the levers to move it. Provide people leadership, quality assurance, automation using LLM/agentic tools, and governance across regulatory requirements including DORA, BAIT, and VAIT.
