Support onboarding and partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to scale hiring effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from intake meetings through sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation.
•Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
•Proactively source and engage top talent, cultivate candidate relationships, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support.
•Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while supporting an inclusive hiring process valuing diverse perspectives.
•Work with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with experience hiring for engineering, product, design and/or data roles preferred.
•Deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market, with fintech/payments experience and local SF market knowledge appreciated.
•Use analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
•Highly self-motivated and able to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and the ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool.
