Key Responsibilities

  • •Sustain factory floors by performing lot plan/operation/route/process flow checks, rework, critical queue edits, shipping error/automation error handling, wafer shipment support, and scrap management.
  • •Deliver lot plan owner training to the Ocotillo Technology Fabrication organization.
  • •Collaborate with integration engineers to gather data for lot disposition and respond to/contain discrepant material in the fab.
  • •Conduct engineering and experimental testing to collect data related to integration, process, and yield; support pilot lot setup and cross-site shipment support.
  • •Support process changes through global flow changes, global route changes, and lot conversions.

Key Requirements

  • •Be willing to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kgs) four times a day and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • •Be willing to work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves as needed.
  • •Meet at least one minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years related hands-on experience (or military technical experience).
  • •Alternatively, High School Diploma plus 2.5+ years in a related equipment maintenance role, or 3+ years technical/trade certification (or 3+ years technical experience).
  • •Alternatively, have an Associate degree in a STEM-related field plus 2+ years related equipment maintenance experience.
