Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and consolidate annual reports and accounts, including variance analysis and journal review/approval.
  • •Produce analytical review and group review schedules for regional quarterly submissions.
  • •Manage reporting and data management, including data mining/analysis, reporting process-flow mapping, and submissions to financial/reporting systems.
  • •Drive reporting improvements and BAU change initiatives, incorporating feedback from CFO and transformation initiatives.
  • •Ensure governance and documentation (SOPs/process maps) and maintain monthly reporting timetable via Achieve within defined SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) with 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience in financial and management reporting.
  • •B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter with at least 4 years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting.
  • •Strong working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., FTP, Saracen, Cognos, TM1 or similar).
  • •Advanced MS Excel and basic MS Access; ability to automate reports using Python, SQL, and/or VBA.
  • •Good knowledge of IFRS (mainly IFRS 9) and experience in external/regulatory or banking financial reporting (preferred).
