Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with Supply Chain teams to build real fluency in procurement, inventory workflows, demand planning, supplier relationships, and how equipment flows to install sites.
  • •Build and ship AI agents that automate supply chain work, such as drafting and tracking purchase orders, chasing supplier confirmations, and flagging inventory discrepancies.
  • •Connect systems and maintain data flow across NetSuite, RF Smart, and Arena by building integrations and automations that trigger the right actions (e.g., replenishment).
  • •Build dashboards and tools to provide purchasing, planning, and leadership with real-time visibility into stock, in-transit orders, and upcoming demand.
  • •Scope requirements with the team, ship useful value quickly, and generalize reusable capabilities into the shared internal platform instead of one-off scripts.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering fundamentals and good judgment with the drive to ship solutions into people’s hands.
  • •Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or other high-level languages, with comfort using SQL, APIs, and cloud tooling.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with purchasing, planning, and warehouse stakeholders and drive work to adoption.
  • •Ability to learn Supply Chain domain workflows quickly, including procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics, or ERP/WMS/PLM systems.
  • •AI-native experience building agentic and LLM-powered features, with awareness of latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and graceful failure.
