Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Local Services roles, including job description creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
•Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to identify talent needs and develop hiring strategies aligned to business goals.
•Use recruitment data and market insights to support workforce planning, identify talent gaps, and build pipelines across O2O and commerce.
•Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
•Attract, assess, and close high-caliber candidates while meeting and exceeding hiring targets, and act as an employer brand champion.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated hiring experience for Sales and Marketing roles.
•Experience optimizing recruitment processes, including policy and system improvements.
•Ability to use market insights, recruitment data, and metrics to improve efficiency and guide hiring decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
