Job Summary

Support the financial close and reporting cycle for Flow’s KSA entities, partnering with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate general ledger balances, financial statements, and monthly management reports. Own month-end/year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments, perform GL reconciliations, and coordinate with AP/AR teams to ensure payables and receivables are correctly recorded. Improve accounting processes, workflows, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
•Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
•Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities.
•Coordinate with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate recording of payables and receivables.
•Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
•4–7 years of accounting experience; real estate or property management experience is preferred.
•Strong understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles.
•Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems.
•Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with communication in English and Arabic.
