Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • •Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • •Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities.
  • •Coordinate with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate recording of payables and receivables.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •4–7 years of accounting experience; real estate or property management experience is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with communication in English and Arabic.
