Key Responsibilities

•Drive the implementation of new life insurance product initiatives in various distribution channels (including GPB & Wealth, CMB, Brokers, Digital, etc).
•Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle–ideation, product engineering, system development, product approval and launch support.
•Develop customer-friendly product collaterals and marketing materials to promote HSBC Life insurance offerings.
•Conduct market study and customer research to better understand emerging market trend and customer needs.
•Conduct post implementation review after new product launch so as to identify gaps for future product development.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in financial services, experience in life insurance preferred
•An advantage to have solid knowledge in life insurance product development and customer collaterals
•Detail-minded, ability to handle multitask in a fast-paced work environment, and prioritize work assignments
•Highly effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
•Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment and be able to work independently
