Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently for excavation, grading, trenching, loading, backfilling, and site preparation.
  • •Adapt equipment operation to project requirements, site conditions, and direction from field leadership while meeting production targets.
  • •Cut and maintain grade using stakes and GPS/grade control systems; perform finish grading and precision work with minimal supervision.
  • •Support underground utility installations (water, sewer, storm drain, and conduit) and maintain proper trench and excavation conditions.
  • •Complete daily equipment inspections, maintain clean and safe equipment condition, report maintenance/mechanical issues, and follow jobsite safety procedures including JHAs and safety meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 32 hourly
