Health Benefit Solutions Assistant Vice President

Lead the Health Solutions client team as the day-to-day consultant, supporting the Account Executive to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of client work. Oversee client team performance and project management, delegating tasks and reviewing deliverables. You’ll collaborate on strategy and special projects, coordinate internal teams (actuarial, audit, legal, and broking), and guide junior staff through mentorship and coaching while analyzing needs and presenting solutions.
