Build Engineer, COPVS (Starship)

Own production, qualification, and design/analysis for hardware built for Starship and Super Heavy Booster COPVs. Develop manufacturing procedures, tooling, and work instructions as designs evolve, coordinate acceptance testing to meet hardware deadlines, and drive design-for-manufacturability changes. Create CAD models and prints, maintain build schedules, and resolve manufacturing discrepancies with quality and engineering teams. Partner with suppliers and vendors and lead on-site design engineering for efficient assembly builds.
