Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop’s seller growth by running multi-channel outbound campaigns to prospect, qualify, and onboard high-potential seller partners. Lead initial pitches, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end onboarding and activation. Partner with cross-functional teams to help merchants navigate growth on the platform and increase GMV, while consistently meeting monthly/quarterly seller acquisition and GMV targets over a 3–6 month period in a 6-month fixed-term arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and tailor TikTok Shop value propositions.
•Assess seller fit, define growth strategies, and outline clear GMV growth pathways.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding including registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate with internal teams to provide continued support and help onboarded sellers grow GMV; meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle B2B sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and French (written and verbal) for negotiations and presentations.
•Demonstrated strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to operate autonomously.
•Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension based on impact and results.
•Experience in high-growth eCommerce/marketplaces or startup-like environments is a strong advantage.
