Senior Stormwater Engineer / Project Manager

Lead and manage stormwater planning, design, and implementation projects for public- and private-sector clients. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, technical reviews, proposal development, and preparation of design and construction drawings for stormwater infrastructure, including green stormwater and nature-based solutions. Serve as a licensed professional engineer in Virginia, support bid and construction services, coordinate with regulatory agencies, mentor mid- and junior-level staff, and help grow client relationships in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
