Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support investigation and assessment of supplier nonconformances from initiation through effective resolution.
  • •Analyze quality trends, set up corrective actions, and advise management on remedial actions.
  • •Serve as the Engineering representative in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings, performing technical assessments, risk evaluations, and driving closure of open actions.
  • •Monitor and report nonconformances related to production lines, coordinating activities with R&D and suppliers.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement (product quality, FPY, SPC, 8D), including root-cause analysis and corrective action deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • •5+ years of relevant professional experience in quality/supplier quality roles
  • •Experience with ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or AS9100 (advantage)
  • •Familiarity with FAI and APQP requirements (advantage)
  • •Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
