Provide industry-leading client service in-person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Deliver financial solutions through consultative conversations, referral support, and teller cross-training as needed. Help meet client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products. Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
