Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT disorders, including hearing loss, sinusitis, nasal obstruction, tonsillitis, sleep apnea, vertigo, voice disorders, and head and neck tumors.
  • •Perform outpatient assessments and surgical procedures such as endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, tympanoplasty, septoplasty, neck dissection, and microlaryngoscopy.
  • •Lead operative and perioperative care for ENT patients, supporting optimal recovery and complication management.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiology, speech therapy, oncology, pediatrics, and internal medicine for holistic patient care.
  • •Supervise junior doctors, residents, and surgical staff; ensure accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Residency in Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery from a recognized training program.
  • •Board Certification in ENT / Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, FRCS, Arab Board, or equivalent).
  • •Valid DOH Consultant License in Otolaryngology or eligibility to obtain it.
  • •Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon; adult and pediatric ENT experience is highly desirable.
