Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with area management to develop and execute financial center-specific sales and strategies.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • •Oversee daily operational activities, transaction accuracy, and operational leadership tasks while maintaining administration compliance with policies and internal audits.
  • •Develop and maintain an active portfolio of consumer and commercial loans, approving within prescribed limits and routing larger/specialty loans to partners as needed.
  • •Manage expense management for designated teams and model safe-and-sound banking procedures, including regulatory compliance and risk management policies.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending responsibilities; 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proven experience developing customer relationships, referral sources, and new account relationships.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with operational integrity and policy commitment.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and manage competing priorities.
