Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling and budgeting.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
  • •Develop and run comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment processes (QCRA & QSRA).
  • •Create risk management plans and processes, conduct regular risk reviews, and report status to support communication of threats and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work onsite in Eunice, New Mexico daily.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation, and techniques.
