Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the GTPN engineering team to remain at the vanguard of cutting-edge financial solutions.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring finance products from concept to launch.
•Understand customer needs deeply and translate insights into intuitive and impactful product solutions.
•Measure product success using data and drive opportunities for optimization and growth.
•Mentor and develop engineers, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and clear roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 275,000 monthly
