•Support branch improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback of service.
•Ensure compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
•At least 5 years as a Relationship Manager.
•Experience in a client-facing environment with strong relationship-building capability.
•Strong sales and customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluency in Mandarin and English.
